The hotel is perfectly located, very central to everything, including the Grand Bazaars and metro. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but could use more plug-ins for gadgets. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. The dining options were basic but tasty. The price was reasonable given the value provided.

My stay at Hotel Golden Crown exceeded all my expectations with very good and big rooms, although it would be even better if they provided kettles for tea or coffee lovers. The beds were incredibly comfy. The service, especially from Selmon, was top-notch and they truly went out of their way to make our trip worthwhile. The location was great, close to trams and bus stops, making it easy to reach all the tourist attractions. The dining experience was sufficient but could be improved for breakfast options.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but had limited plug-ins for charging our gadgets. The service was exceptional, with a special shoutout to Atilla for the amazing Turkish hospitality. The location was convenient, very close to the central street and felt completely safe. The rooms were very small and noisy due to their proximity to the elevator, lacking any view, yet impressively clean thanks to the hard work of the lovely ladies, Kadije and Arife. The service was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, with Mustafa and Faruk standing out for their friendliness. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and with kind staff members. The dining options were basic but satisfying, with a lack of variety being a drawback. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
